International Joint-Research and Training Program

To promote scientific and academic exchanges with developing countries in regions such as Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Oceania, and Central and South America, this program aims to support and assist domestic academia and research institutions in establishing collaborative networks and platforms with these regions. Through these cooperative mechanisms, not only can we enhance our nation’s capabilities in technological innovation in relevant fields, but we can also build long-term, stable partnerships in these regions, achieving mutual learning and technology sharing.
